This means that tax form N-11 is being updated and is not yeat available for filing.  Evidently, they have not met the January 19 date.  You should just wait a few days and try again.  Once Hawaii has completed the form and TurboTax update our program your return will process.

It is 4-11-2022 and I am not able to print or submit the Hawaii tax form N-11.  It is really late in the game for these problems to arise.  I am not very happy with this product.

The N-11 is available online and desktop, as seen here. It is being filed without a problem. Are you using online or desktop? If online, you may need to:

• Clear cache and cookies,
• Sign in using a different browser.
• Sign in using a different device.

If desktop, update your software.

I ended up looking at what Turbo Tax Hawaii forms had filled out and I transcribed the numbers onto the hawaii state tax website to file for free online.
