If anyone on your return used health insurance from the Marketplace in 2017
, then your Form 8962 will be generated when you enter the 1095-A information into the health insurance tab of TurboTax.
If you have already filed and received a notice from the IRS, please see the directions below. If no one on your tax return had insurance from the Marketplace, then you will not need to have a Form 8962 but should contact the IRS back at the information provided on the notice.
