Can an employer use Turbotax for Home and Business to file fed and state 1099's , 1096's, W-2's and W-3's for employees? If not, which version of Turbotax allows that?

I know you can do 1099s, W-2s and W-3s for sure.  Don't know is there is limit on the number ( because it is geared towards individuals and small businesses -- sole proprietors  and not partnerships/S-Corp or C-Corps)

Note I am talking about desktop version of the Home-Business  and not on-line ( don't know what it actually allows but suspect to be same ) -- perhaps another user  familiar with On-Line will chime in.
