Can a Turbo Tax expert efile my 2018 tax return. I completed the tax return til the end but did not pay. Now I'm past the point where I can efile?

No.  E-filing has been permanently closed for 2018 returns since October 15, 2019.  No one at TT can e-file 2018 for you.

You have to print, sign and mail it and you will have to pay your TT fees before you can print it.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.

If you are getting a refund, there is not a penalty for filing past the deadline.  If you owe taxes, the interest/penalties will be calculated by the IRS based on how much you owe and when they receive your return and payment. The IRS will bill you for this; it will not be calculated by TurboTax.

I’ve paid my fees and it won’t let me print. It prints blank. Even tried saving it and saves with no information. Wish I knew this as I paid for e-filing purposes.

When you view the PDF of the downloaded tax return, does it have tax data entered on the forms and schedules before it is printed?

To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
