if the broker is not listed then i would think the instructions would say to download to your 1099 in TXF format.
then you don't import using broker /client ID but use the other accounting software link to import the TXF. then check the import carefully to make sure everything came in correctly.

If you have a consolidated statement and need to enter it manually. That will have sections for 1099-Int and 1099-Div and 1099B. You need to enter each section in the right place. So read it carefully and look for headings.... 1099-INT for interest or 1099-DIV for Dividends or 1099B for sales.
