Can a Consolidated Form 1099, be input with Client ID and Password? If so, where and how? I am using Premier.

The Brokerage is not on the list given by Turbo Tax, but the Brokerage give instructions that it could be input into Turbo Tax.

if the broker is not listed then i would think the instructions would say to download to your 1099 in TXF format.

then you don't import using broker /client ID  but use the other accounting software link to import the TXF.  then check the import carefully to make sure everything came in correctly.

What instructions did they give?  Maybe they are listed under another name?  Partner list you can import from

If you have a consolidated statement and need to enter it manually.   That will have sections for 1099-Int and 1099-Div and 1099B. You need to enter each section in the right place.  So read it carefully and look for headings.... 1099-INT for interest or 1099-DIV for Dividends or 1099B for sales.
