Can a 14 year old kid sign up for TurboTax

If the 14-year-old is required to file a return the parents can file and sign the return for their dependent child.

 

The person that creates an account needs to be able to provide a cell phone number, email address, and a Credit Card to pay for the return. That is why the account needs to be created by an adult.
