Call from Turbo Tax

I have received 2 calls from turbo tax with someone who left  voicemail asking me too call regarding an 'important update' to my tax return... is this a legit phone call? I filed using turbotax online and there are no notifications or pop ups when I log in about ang updates and i havent received any emails

If it is an unsolicited call it’s a scam.

As Bsch4477 mentioned, TurboTax will not make unsolicited calls.  The communication about your return will come in your email, you can also check in your account to see if there are notifications about your return.  If you have no notifications or emails, then you can ignore the calls.

Caller ID even shows Intuit Turbo Tax

This number is the main TurboTax customer service phone number.  You could call them back to see if there is anything specific with your return.

Be aware that Caller ID can be spoofed in sophisticated scams.   I wouldn't use the phone's "return call" feature in case it actually leads to a different number.   If you want to phone TurboTax Support, I would enter the numbers myself.  Here's their contact page.
