California VLF is not showing

Using Tubo Tax Deluxe for 2021 taxes:  We didn't itemize in 2020 and the California VLF shows in the Deductions and Credits summary; however, the VLF (Vehicle Registration Fees) of $599 for 2021 doesn't show.  Also in that summary table the deductions entries for each year do not add up to the total under each year.  Credits columns do add correctly.  Very Confusing.  Please explain.  (included picture of Deductions and Credits summary:)

To clarify, are you using Turbo Tax Deluxe Online or the Software version?
