California state FTB sent me a mail to request for 2018 tax return. Turbo tax shows "Printed" and not "Accepted" Why is that?

2019 shows both state and federal is "Accepted" but 2018 state only shows "Printed" Can I ask Turbotax to sent the tax return to FTB for me?

No.  TurboTax does not mail anything for you.  If you need to send in your 2018 state return then YOU have to print it, sign it and mail it yourself.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.

And....if the state is asking you to file your return--do they say you owe money?  Your only proof that you paid your 2018 tax due is your own bank/credit card record.

Printed means you were supposed to print it out yourself and mail it.  Apparently you did not mail it?  Then print and mail it now.
