California Form 3840 Pt I ln 1--Error Massage

The error message form CA 3840 keeps show up "Pt I, LN 1, Description should be entered if there is a state".

I used form for real property exchange.

However, the LN 1 clearly says " Leave Blank for real property: this is an e-file requirement)"
