This is a public forum, please don't post your personal tax return.

Any Turbotax return IS self-prepared.  The software assists you to prepare your own return.  This is different from a paid preparer who takes responsibility for your return and must sign and add their paid preparer ID number (PTIN).

The word "Self-Prepared" is in the correct spot, it is deliberately blocking the place for the signature and firm name of the paid preparer.  Your signature would go under "signature of officer."  Your name is there because you are planning to e-file.
