No one is going to call and you shouldn't publish your phone number in a forum such as this. If you are working in a return, there should be an expert assist or Expert Help button.

If you are using TurboTax Online

1. The "Expert Help" Button: Look at the top right of your screen. You should see a button labeled Expert help or a Question Mark (?) icon. 
2. Type your request: In the search/help box that opens, type "Talk to a specialist" or "Contact an expert."
3. Select your method: You will be prompted to choose between Chat or a Callback. This is where you would request a callback.
4. Note: If you are using the "Free Edition," you may be prompted to upgrade to a paid version

If you are using TurboTax Desktop

1. Look for the Live Tax Advice button in the top navigation bar or under the Help menu.
2. If you haven't already purchased the Live add-on, the software will ask you to pay a one-time fee (typically around $60 in 2026) to unlock unlimited consultations for that return.
3. Once activated, you can click "Connect with an expert" to schedule a callback.
