I paid with my Visa card order #[removed] on 2/6/2018 still shows that i owe is their a nother problem why my taxes has not been accepted?

Not necessarily. It can take between 24-72 hours for a return to be "Accepted" by the IRS. Depending on your individual return and the IRS processing time, this time can be longer.
