Box 3 SS wages and box 5 Medicare wages are both blank. However box 4 and 5 show that taxes were withheld.I try to file it says box 3 and 5 must be more than box 4 and 5

I’m not sure how to file if there is no number there? Please help I have been searching for answers for weeks. Also I was only employed here for about a month before they closed down and moved to a new country so I have no way to contact them

No problem. For boxes 3 and 5, use the same amount that is in Box 1.
