I'm almost done, and now I'm in a feedback loop where it wants an amount for box 18, but it's blank on my paper W-2. I have the following in box 19: "8.58 FLI", but nothing in 20. It would've nice on without 20 before and, following the instructions, I put my locality (City, County). Now what do I put in for box 18 when it doesn't actually have anything in that box on the W-2?? If I have an amount for local income tax, can I "reverse engineer" to figure out what my local wages are?
What do I do???
It says if I can't fill it in that I can print a paper copy and file it that way, but I DON'T WANT TO FILE A PAPER TAX RETURN!!! IT'LL TAKE FOREVER!!!

Box 19 on the W-2 form is for reporting local income tax withheld from the employee's wages 2 which should be in box 18 and box 20 should have the localityname if you have a local income tax. If you are referring to New Jersey Family Leave Insurance, it should be entered in box 14 with the description "NJ FLI TAX
contact your employer because it may need to issue corrected w-2s to all those affected.
I don't understand what I'm supposed to do. How do I get this thing to accept the fact that box 18 is blank so I can hit send and be done???
Is there a help number to ask specific questions like this? It won't file when I've given all the info available.
