Use “other”.

You can select "Other not classified".

By selecting "Other," the software treats the amount as informational. Since "Pretax Benefits" have already been subtracted from your taxable wages (Box 1), the it just needs to know the amount isn't something that grants an additional deduction or credit (like a state tax or a charitable contribution).
