Box 12. state tax withheld is $0.00 because I am NC Vetted as of 8/12/1989, what letter do I use for Box 12?

Don't put in box 12 at all..leave it entirely blank.  A 0.00 causes problems.

box 14 should have the same $$ amount as box 2a....or the federally taxable amount calculated from box 1.

box 13 should have "NC" in the first half...I think the second half can be empty.
