Bought turbotax 2016 but I don't have a cd drive. how can I download and activate

You'll need to contact our Product Support line. If you log into your TurboTax online account and press the Contact button in the upper right hand corner, it will generate a question box. Phrase your question stating that you need a download pushed to you and the agent who contacts you will be able to send you a download. They'll ask you to provide the verification key from the cd you purchased, and then they'll push you a download of the product you purchased.
