Bought TT Deluxe and filed Fed return today. It was rejected. I would like to print and mail the return instead. Can I just do that? Or do I need to un-submit it first?

You do not have to "unsubmit". The IRS and your state have not received your taxes if they were rejected. You can change how you want to file in the menu to the left FILE. The instructions on how to mail them in will be included with your tax returns when you print them.
