Both federal and states were rejected. I'm aware of why so need to print and mail but exported file doesn't include filing instructions. How do I do this?

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.

Federal and state returns must be mailed in separate envelopes to separate addresses.

Why did they reject? Maybe we can help you fix it and efile again. A common reason is for the wrong 2018 AGI. Try using zero for the AGI.
