Blank Screen trying to Add Investment

Running, the desktop version of TurboTax and trying to add investments gives me a blank screen.

I had added investments earlier, both INT and brokerage, but now getting a blank screen to add more.

Please advise

If you are trying to add an investment in TurboTax and you are getting a blank screen you can try the following:

• Make sure your TurboTax Desktop is fully updated. You can manually check for updates for  your TurboTax program by clicking on "Online" in the black bar near the top of your screen and selecting "Check for Update
• Fully close your TurboTax program and restart your computer to clear hung processes. 
• Right-click and select Display settings. Under "Scale and Layout," set "Change the size of text, apps, and other items" to 100% then restart TurboTax and try again.
• Right-click the TurboTax icon and select "Run as administrator".
• Try using Forms Mode to enter your information. You can get to Forms Mode by clicking on Forms in the top right of your TurboTax screen
• Clear your cache and cookies. Click here for How to clear your cache. Click here for How do I delete cookies? Even though this is a desktop product, clearing this data fixes issues with loading, freezing, or data

Other:

1)  Reboot your computer.  Partially installed OS updates are known to interfere with some TTX operations.

2)  If on a windows PC, download and install the manual update.  Take longer than expected to install, so you have to have some patience.
