Why does a BLANK screen appear when I click the "I'll type it myself" button for the 1099-INT financial institution entry?

Try clearing cache and cookies on your web browser after closing the TurboTax screen.  If the problem persists after accessing TurboTax again, then change your web browser.

Thanks for the info, but it didn't help. I won't be changing browsers. I will be changing tax filing companies.

1. Log out of your return.
2. Try one or more of the following:
   • Don't use Internet Explorer.
   • Clear cookies and cache, instructions on the links.
     • Google Chrome
     • Microsoft Internet Explorer
     • Safari
   • Sign in using a different browser.
   • Sign in using a different device.
3. Log back into your return.
4. Try again
