I was charged the wrong amount for my service because my nursing discount through id.me removed itself at checkout. Why can I get no responses from customer service for months ?

We have no idea what nursing discount you expect from "ID.me"-----TurboTax has nothing to do with that.

 

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”

Im so happy you took your time out of your day to make a snotty reply. Obviously I have no idea how this works or how to get in touch with anyone and customers and service. The phone calls lead to nowhere
