Expected and confirmed refund amount by IRS tax assessment as well as Turbo Tax was to be $6041. Paid $29 for plus benefit, like I always do. Never had any issues in the past. Refund deposited but the amount is incorrect of $5934.17. When asked repeatedly where the $77.83 difference is, no one could really help me until today. After days of calling after days of calling and many transfers, I was informed by Turbo Tax that my refund was adjusted to $5963.17. I was charged the $29 fee, but I was also charged an additional $40 processing fee which no one can tell me what it’s for, and I’m still missing $37.83. Coincidentally when you add the “$40” and the “$37.83” it comes out exactly to the $77.83 that is missing. There are no off sets, fees or any other monies owed to the IRS, so I would like my $77.83 back, and should also get a $29 credit for paying for “assistance” that no one has been able to help with!!!!

Did you prepare a state return? Did you choose to pay your TurboTax fees by having them deducted from your federal refund instead of paying with a credit card before you filed? "Refund processing" to have a 3rd party bank deduct your fees and pay TT for you incurs an extra fee of $40.
How can I see my TurboTax fees?
