Billing Address country slide menu not working

So i filled my taxes normally and i got to the payment form where i have to put my card info, my bank account is from the US so it should be a valid payment method so filled al the card information, the thing is that when i get to the Billing Address section there is a Country labeled text box with a slide menu option, the slide menu is not working and the text box doesn't allow me to write anything on it so i can't keep up with the payment process. i have tried different browsers already like mozilla and chrome and even the IOS App, but the neither the text box or the slide menu works.

Is the billing address you are using a foreign address?

When you have a foreign credit card or a foreign address, it’s not possible to pay with that card.  We are working towards supporting foreign addresses, but for now you will need to use a different payment method.
