Why did I not receive the 25% discount when I filed today prior to the deadline?

If you have not yet paid the TurboTax fees, 

   1.      Please  sign out of your TurboTax account

    2.      Clear the browser cache & cookies

    3.      Sign in with the link provided within the email

    4.      Begin the checkout process

If the above steps do not work, or you have already paid your TurboTax fees, please contact customer support by following the instructions below.
