Be Charged for State Tax Fees

I thought it said "Abosulute zero" and $0 dollar for filing the state tax, but it showed that I will be charged for $36.99 dollars when I finished everything.

The free state is only in the Free Edition. You are posting from Deluxe. Actually State is a separate extra charge in all online versions. It's just that right now there is a promotion going on for a free state but only in the Free Edition.
