Bank of America misses transactions during a system changemis

During a time when I added two-step verification to my Bank of America accounts, nothing was syncing.  I fixed it after a couple of weeks but some transactions during that time are either listed as pending (they are not) or missing.  I guess I'll have to add the missing ones manually, but what can I do about the pending ones?
