Bank of America discount ($15 for Self-Employed) NOT applied

I had a TurboTax deal on my Bank of America account, $15 off for Self-employed TurboTax - I used the link ON the BOA website, was re-directed to TurboTax, confirmed the welcome page that showed the discount, signed-in and filed my return. I did this TWICE because I did not see the discount applied to my final payment for the TurboTax product, which I thought was weird but after the second attempt I thought the discount might be applied on my receipt or through BOA, and I had to finish filing so I did. I did not use any other discounts that I was offered for TurboTax because I wanted to specifically use this BOA deal. I submitted my payment last night(4/11/19). Please apply this discount.
