I am using the CD version of Basic Turbotax. My bank routing and account numbers are entered on the Info Worksheet, but they show up as a bunch of Xs when I try to print my return. How do I get the proper numbers to show up on Form 1040?

I assume you are going to mail your return to the IRS. I think (not sure) that you absolutely must select the option for "print and file". Otherwise, any other selection hides a portion of those numbers with X's.
I did click "all official forms for filing" under "print," and all that shows are Xs
I found the answer to my question myself. One of the boxes in Part V of the info worksheet that says "Direct Deposit" or "Direct Debit" must be checked. Otherwise routing number and account number will appear as Xs on the forms whether printed or viewed on the screen. You would not check either box if you owed and were sending a check or if you wanted your refund paid to you by check.
We are glad that you were able to resolve this issue. Thank you so much for the update!
