Yes, I come up with $498 as well.  Are you looking at your forms and seeing $0 or are you looking at the summary screen.  The summary screen for some states are showing $0 for some states, but the forms are still accurate.  This issue is currently being investigated.

I did not choose the HI State refund amount of $498 to apply to the 2022 estimated tax.

Please let me know how change this amount of line 46 to "Zero"

The amount of $498 should be shown to line 47a.

Click through the HI state interview to arrive at the "Estimated Taxes" topic.  Select "Yes" to work on those.  When you get to the page titled "Apply Overpayment" select "Apply None."   This will adjust your HI state refund meter sending the refund to you.
