August to December I have a 1095-B form. from January to July I paid a discounted rate for health insurance through covered California but I never got a tax form for it

How to find your 1095-A online

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Under "Your Existing Applications," select your 2025 application — not your 2026 application.
  3. Select “Tax Forms."
  4. Download all 1095-As.

Get screen-by-screen directions, with pictures (PDF, 504 KB).

Go to this website for access to the Form 1095-A - https://www.healthcare.gov/tax-form-1095/

 

A form 1095-B is not entered on a tax return.
