At the end of my return, trying to register billing information but it's not accepting it

What error message are you receiving when you enter your billing information? Please respond to this thread for further assistance.

When entering numbers for things like current dates, dates of birth, driver's license expiration date, etc., do not enter dashes or forward slashes. Just enter the numbers. On dates, if the day or month is a single digit, you must enter a zero in front of the number. For example, June 8, 2000. enter it as 06082000. The program will correct it to 06/08/2000. Also, typically years need to be entered as 4-digit numbers. I don't know if any of these ideas will solve your problem. 

If you have entered your credit card information including the 3-digit security number, If you hit the "Back" button you will need to may need to re-enter the credit card information all over again.

Good luck. Pay close attention to the prompts given by the program.

Try unchecking the "use my address on my tax return", and re-enter it manually. If that doesn't work, please contact us at customer support so we can further assist you.
