At the end of 2022 tax filing and trying to download - IT WON'T! Any tips???

techs have been unable to help - my 2022 return won't download

You cannot download the completed tax return until after the federal tax return has been filed.

If you have filed the federal tax return -

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. 

This will take you back to the 2022 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

Have you paid for your TurboTax product? In order to download your return, you will first need to pay any TurboTax fees owed.  Please review the steps in the following Help Article for help with downloading (and/or printing) your tax return:  How do I print or download a return I filed this year in ... - Intuit

If you still cannot download, please reply to this thread and let us know what type of error messages you receive or provide more detail about what takes place when you attempt to download.
