At the end it says I have to finish. Then it will file my refund. I can't figure out what I have to finish

A 2020 tax return cannot be e-filed until early January 2021.  Many forms and schedules are not yet finalized for filing.  Click on Review and there will be a list of forms and schedules for your tax return that are not yet available.

...and if you are using the Online software for 2019 taxes.....you can't.  Online is only for 202 taxes right now, so you may need to "Clear and Start Over"  to get rid of all that info to get it ready for 2020 taxes...

for 2019 taxes ?  That was all shut down for "Online" users at the end of October.   People trying to do 2019 taxes have to use the desktop software now, and mail the forms in themselves.
