Asking how did you file last year, and it states that I did not successfully efile with turbo tax in 2022. However, i did efile with turbo tax in 2022. How do I move on

I can not efile as it keeps asking how how filed last year when I did in fact file with turbo tax. What do I need to do

Are you in the same account you used last year? When you were entering your information was the prior year information pre-populated?
