Asked to enter an amount for K-1, box 20, code z. Statement doesn't give me an amount. Gives me a $1611 "at risk" recourse amount, and a $49 "not at risk" nonrecourse.

Box 20, code Z is for Other information. 

It will not affect the bottom line of your federal tax return; it's just for informational purposes.  If you received instructions from the Partnership, then consult those:  if not, then you don't have to enter it in Turbo Tax.
