Keep getting error messages every time product tries to automatically update.  I have tried everything suggested and  I have uninstalled and reinstalled product all to no avail.  The amount of time I have spent just trying to complete my fairly simple tax return is unacceptable.  Please just send me a new download or cd so that I can get my return finished.  I am beyond frustrated.

Ask them for Manual download of patch for updates.  After installing I was finally able to continue   I tried to give you the file name but they wouldn't allow it - go figure   The online support is pitiful and  I could never talk to live person
