Ask the Expert in TurboTax

I am thinking of signing up for the Ask the Expert option in TurboTax because I need help with my taxes.  

What timezones are the experts available?  How do I ask them questions in TurboTax?  Will he/she have access to my return to see what I'm doing?

Sorry let me clarify.  I meant within TurboTax, there is an option to Ask the Expert for a fee.  I don't mean today's free forum session.  I have many questions which would take me some days to ask them all.

The TurboTax experts are available from 5:00am - 9:00pm PDT. You can speak to an Expert Assist Agent using TurboTax Experts. You can switch to by following the steps below:

1. Sign into TurboTax and open your tax return
2. Select Live Tax Advice 
3. Select Upgrade.
