You enter all W-2Gs on the federal return. Go to Federal->Wages & Income->Less Common Income->Gambling Winnings. The software will allocate the gambling winnings to Pennsylvania if they are taxed there.

As a resident of PA, all gambling winnings are reportable and taxable.  However, you can reduce your taxable income by declaring gambling losses on Schedule T.  Be very careful to accurately divide both gambling winnings and losses between you and your spouse (if applicable).  PA computes the tax on an individual vs joint basis.  Your gambling winning can not be offset by spouse's losses for example.
