As a minor, am I going to be getting all my federal and state taxes returned? Or is it because I made less than $3k last year due to being hired late in the year?

Social security and medicare taxes are never refunded.  If you have more than $2200 of investment income, you may be subject to the "kiddie tax" which taxes a child's investments at a higher rate, to prevent the parents from "dodging" their taxes by putting their investments in their child's name.  If your income is from working, and is less than $12,950, you will get a full refund of federal tax withholding.  You will probably get a refund of state withholding, but every state is different.

Did you prepare a return?  It will show you exactly what taxes you might be paying and what refund you can claim.

if your tax is zero, you will get all your withholding back,

otherwise, no.

You indicated that you were a minor.  Before filing your return, please check with your parents to see if they claimed you (or are going to claim you on their tax return).  If they do, it can create a real problem for both you and you parents if they claim you and then you claim yourself.  It is my understanding that if you are claimed by your parent, you are not able to file a tax return for yourself.

To file a separate return as a dependent you need to set up a new account separate from your parents. Online is only good for one return per account. You can use the same email address for 5 accounts. You can probably use the Free Edition or the Free File website

Be sure on your return you check the box that says you can be claimed on someone else’s return. If your only income is W2 and under 12,950 you do not have to file a return except to get back any withholding taken out.
