As a "loader" working part-time hourly wage worker at Lowe's Home Centers, how do I list that for occupation?

Anything along the lines of Receiving or Warehouse would be appropriate for your occupation. It's only relevant when claiming expenses that would be expected for such an occupation; although many people have more than one occupation. In that case, use the one that you make the most money from.
