Arizona recently changed tax rates and I have no idea how much to withhold now! I think I was withholding too little last year, can anyone help?

I was set up to withhold .8%, but I think whoever helped me set it up too low and I’ll end up owing on my taxes. I need some guidance on how to choose the correct percent. I tried the IRS calculator but it just confused me more

I did that and got .8% again, which isn’t an option on the 2023 table, so I’m unsure what to do
