My Federal Tax keeps getting rejected because my State Withheld amount is not equal to the amount on wage and tax statements. I can't figure out how to edit that number.

Go to Federal > Wages and Income to edit the state withholding on your W-2.

are you sure it's federal? have you on W-2's correctly indicated the state?
