Computer broke down.Lost Turbotax. Paid for in February and need it again CRA has never received our filings for 2016. Can I download again and get my registration key?

Computer broke down and I need to refill again as CRA never received our e-filings. Bought in February around the 17th

Are you doing a Canada return?  This is the USA forum.  Their product support page is
