TurboTax will hold returns until the  IRS starts  accepting them on Jan 29.

Click on the REVIEW tab to see if there are any forms stopping you from efiling the return now.  If not you can complete the FILE tab and submit the return.  Be aware that the return will sit in a pending status until the IRS retrieves it for processing.  Once you submit the return if you need to make any changes  you will not be allowed to do so ... so be very sure the return is correct before you hit the big orange transmit now button.  

Processing is expected to start on 1/29  however some returns will be pulled before that date for system testing so you could get an acceptance earlier than the 29th however the return will not process faster.
