if you asked for "Pay With My Refund" then yes.  this "service" sends your refund through a third party bank for processing and has an extra $40 service fee from that bank, it's a very bad loan to pay your fees, try to pay Turbotax directly up front if possible.

• That depends on what you choose as a method of payment.
• If you choose "Pay with my refund",
  • The TurboTax fees and
  • A bank processing fee
  • Will be taken from your refund.  The balance will be deposited in your personal bank account.
