I have filed with Turbotax Deluxe for the past few years and need to file a Form 709 for gift tax reporting for this 2025 tax year. Are there any current 2025 versions of Turbotax or any other online tax reporting software that will file both my 1040ES Federal and NJ State Tax returns as well as the Form 709 for gift tax reporting?

TurboTax does not support (United States Gift and Generation-Skipping Transfer Tax Return), FORM 709 which is required if you exceed the annual gift tax exclusion ($19,000 per person per individual giver for 2025) to a single recipient. You must file Form 709 separately from your personal income tax return; gifts received are generally not taxable to the recipient. Only the GIVER reports the Form 709 and the amount in excess of the exclusion reduces the taxable estate exclusion.

No, TurboTax doesn't support Form 709. Complete Form 709 if you gave gifts to someone that total more than $19,000 (other than your spouse).
