Are North Carolina forms ready got a email they are but can't preview or efile why?

Federal taxes already efiled accepted and received refund just need to efile state taxes.

NC forms are now available, but only for mail-in returns. No e-filing until 2/24/22. The e-mail we received should have made this clear, but it didn't.
