I need to know y I can’t finish my taxes

What is preventing you from completing your tax return?  What message do you receive? 

You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section. In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large Orange button labeled "Transmit my returns now".

After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.

I did n it saying the social is Duplicated or I did them already I need to know if I completely my taxes are not

Did you use the IRS non-filer website to register for your stimulus payment?  If you did then a 2019 tax return was filed with your name and Social Security number.  Now that you are filing another 2019 tax return the IRS will reject this tax return since they have already received a tax return with your information.
